Up for purchase is a 2-volume hardback set in a slipcase entitled The Life of a South African Tribe by Henri A. Junod.  First published in 1912 and then revised by Junod in 1926, this edition in a slipcase was published in 1962 by University Books, Inc. and this is a second printing copy from 1966.  The books measures 6.25 x 9.5-inches in size.  Volume 1 contains 559 pages and volume 2 contains 660 pages including an index for both volumes.  See photos for contents of Volume 1 (Vol. 2 contents not shown).

These books are in very good condition in a worn slipcase.  The slipcase is clean but has edge rubbing, a 3-inch slit on each side of the back, and it is missing the bottom section.  The book covers are clean with a slight bit of edge rubbing and sun-fading to the spines.  Interiors are in mint condition.  Clean throughout with no markings or soiling.  Bindings remain tight and square.  These books appear never to have been read.
