This book appears to be a first printing copy with no other dates/printing indicated.  The book actually contains 304 pages versus the 260 pages given by the canned ISBN info.  See photos for contents.

This book is in very good condition.  It has a clean dust jacket with light surface rubbing and some tiny wrinkles to the top front corner.  The book covers have a bit of rubbing to the spine ends and a bump to the bottom front corner.  Clean interior with no markings or soiling.  No damage to pages, but the front blank page is missing.  No cracks to interior hinges.  Binding remains tight and square.  Book appears never to have been read.  A very nice copy!  

Buyer's have the right to request from me other forms of payment. Shipping and handling is $3.50 via USPS media rate mail.  Books usually ship out within one day of receipt of payment.
