It was published in 1979 by the Center for South and Southeast Asia Studies at the University of California, Berkeley and issued as Occasional Paper No. 6. The book measures 8.5 x 11-inches in size and contains 119 pages that includes 662 entries plus an index. See photos for contents. This book is in very good condition. The covers have a paint spot on the front spine edge and a tiny crease to the top corners. Clean interior with no markings or soiling. No damage to pages. Binding remains tight and square.
