It was published in 1966 by the McGraw-Hill Book Company and this is a second printing copy from 1967. The book measures 6.25 x 9.25-inches in size and contains 399 pages including an index. This book is in near mint condition. It has clean covers with some tiny wrinkles to the spine ends. The interior is in mint condition showing no wear or damage. Clean throughout with no soiling or markings, except for some pen underling on page 3 along with some mathematical notations (seen in photos) and two lines underlined on page 4. No cracks to interior hinges. Binding remains tight and square. An exceptionally nice condition copy!
