It was first published in 1936 as Yale University Publications in Anthropology, Number 14, and this is a 1970 reprint published by the Human Relations Area Files Press of Yale. The journal measures 7 x 9.5-inches in size and contains 189 pages followed by by ten pages of photo plates. This publication stands as the most comprehensive coverage of the Kutchin to date. See photos for contents. This book very good condition. It has clean covers with sun-fading to the spine. There is a 1/4-inch tear with crease to the bottom edge of the rear cover, a crease in the top corner on the rear cover, and a tiny tear with crease in the middle of the fore-edge on the front cover (seen in photo). The interior is in near mint condition with the only wear being a small light crease near the top corner in the first nine pages. Clean throughout with no markings or soiling.
