Up for purchase is a hardback copy in a dust jacket of Deadly Medicine: Indians and Alcohol in Early America by Peter C. Mancall. It was published in 1995 by Cornell University Press with no other dates/printings indicated. The book measures 6.25 x 9.25-inches in size and contains 268 pages. See photos for contents. This book is in nice condition showing little wear. It has a clean dust jacket with the only blemish being a small crease in the top rear corner. The book covers are in mint condition and appear brand new. There is a scant bit of marking to the text, mainly small marks in the margins. There are also some top corner creases, evidently from the former owner's marking the place in reading the book. There is extensive marking and underlining to the chapter notes section in the rear. The binding remains tight and square. A nice, solid copy! Buyer's have the right to request from me other forms of payment. Shipping and handling is $3.50 via USPS media rate mail. Books usually ship out within one day of receipt of payment. Note to foreign buyers: The posted shipping is for U.S. only shipments. Foreign shipments at extra S&H--see payment details. Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. On Nov-14-10 at 19:43:14 PST, seller added the following information:
