You are bidding on a string-bound booklet entitled The Spirit of Comedy. This is one in a series of annual Christmas booklets that were produced by William and Leslie Denman around the 1946 to 1952. Each booklet contains a full page color print. This book contains a print by Gilbert Atenio (1930-1995), a San Ildefonso Pueblo American Indian who spent most of his life working as an illustrator for the Los Alamos Labs in Santa Fe. These booklets were all published by The Grabhorn Press of San Francisco and rarely dated. The booklet measures 12 x 9-inches in size and contains 7 pages. See photos for more details. This booklet is in excellent condition. Clean throughout with no markings or soiling. A scant bit of darkening to the cover edges. No damage to covers or pages. A choice copy! See my other auctions for several more rare Denman booklets. Buyer's have the right to request from me other forms of payment. Shipping and handling is $3.00 via USPS media rate mail. Books usually ship out within one day of receipt of payment. Note to foreign buyers: The posted shipping is for U.S. only shipments. Foreign shipments at extra S&H--see payment details. Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. On Mar-06-11 at 20:01:18 PST, seller added the following information:
