You are bidding on a set of gray metal bookends of a horse head. They were manufactured circa 1930 by Frankart, Inc. The base measures 5.5 x 3.5-inches in size and stand just over 7-inches high (to the tip of the ears). One bookend weighs 33.8 ounces and the other one weighs 31.0 ounces. See photos for more details. These bookends are in near mint condition. There are no dents, cracks, chips or other damage to the metal surfaces. The only wear is a slight bit of loss of paint, mainly the the side edges of the base. One of the felt pads on the bottom of the base is missing. A very nice set!
