Up for purchase is a set of solid cast iron bookends that depict the face of Charles Lindbergh in the center and an airplane engine on top. It was manufactured circa 1928 with no manufacturer's mark, only a "Pat. Pend." on the rear side. The base measures 4.75 x 2-inches in size and it stands 6.5-inches in size. One bookend weighs 43.6 and the other one weighs 42.7 ounces. See photos for more details. These bookends are in near mint condition showing no damage to the metal surfaces.
