Up for purchase is a set of solid cast iron bookends that depict a pirate holding a gun and with his foot on a treasure chest. They were manufactured circa the 1950's with no manufacturer's mark, but they are similar to Hubley bookends. The base measures 4 x 2.2-inches in size and it stands 6-inches high. One bookend weighs 31.7 ounces and the other one weighs 32.0 ounces. See photos for more details. These bookends are in excellent condition showing no damage.
