Up for purchase is a set of bronze clad bookends, one depicting a cowboy roper ("The Roper" title is on rear) and the other one a drawn covered wagon "The Covered Wagon" title on rear). They were manufactured circa 1925 by Pompeian Bronze. The base measures 4.5 x 2.5-inches in size, and they stand 5.5-inches high. One bookend weighs 45.7 ounces and the other one weighs 38.4 ounces. See photos for more details. These bookends are in very good condition. There are no cracks or chips in the metal surfaces. There are a few small dings, mainly around the bases. The figural surfaces show only one slight dent (on the shoulder of the front ox) and a scant bit of loss to the painted surfaces. Overall a very nice set! See my Store for many more antique bookends in nice condition!. Buyer's have the right to request from me other forms of payment. Winning bidder to pay $15.00 in USPS Priority shipping and handling.
