You are bidding on a Model SG7 Schrade folding knife. It is a Ray Everham knife from their Signature Series and a plate on the back of the handle says "Ingersoll-Rand Racing." When opened, the knife measures 8-inches in length. It comes with a nylon sheath. See photos for more details.

This knife and sheath are in mint condition showing no wear or damage. A choice find!
