You are bidding on two pieces of paper from the Springfield Armory that detail the headless shell extractor for the Spingfield rifle and carbine. The first is a single piece of paper entitled "Headless Shell Extractor for Springfield Rifle and Carbine: National Armory Model 1882 that give a description and use of the extractor. The second piece is a four-page fold piece entitled "Directions for the use of the Headless Cartridge Shell Extractor" dated January, 1877. Needless to say these are rare items. See photos for more details. Both pieces are clean throughout with no markings or soiling. The single page has a small tear/wrinkly to the top left corner. The other piece shows no damage. A nice set! Buyer's have the right to request from me other forms of payment. Shipping and handling is free. Books usually ship out within one day of receipt of payment. Note to foreign buyers: Free shipping is for U.S. only shipments. Foreign shipments at extra S&H--see payment details. Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. On Feb-27-11 at 20:06:56 PST, seller added the following information:
