This is an oldie but a goodie. Uniden MOD# APU 22K. I listed this as "parts not working" because It needs a new battery. It DOES turn on and transmit and receive, but you have to have it on the charger to keep it on. You can take it off the charger just for a min or two then the battery drops out. It has an external mic/speaker that comes with it, the radio & charger as well. Under the battery cover it reads:
