It is the customer's responsibility to comply with all local, state and
federal laws governing the use of any items listed or sold. I must
stress that these swords are for display purposes only. They are
decorative products built to hang on your wall or to be carried in a
sheath as a prop for costumes, LARPing(live action role playing),
medieval themed weddings or for a prop at Renaissance Fairs. You will
not be allowed to un-sheath your sword at any Renaissance Fair and I
strongly advise you to use extreme care and caution when placing on
display. The blades do have an edge.

If your not happy with your order, simply leave me a message, I will
give you instructions on how to ship the item back to me. I will refund
your money for the cost of the sword upon receipt of your package.
Shipping fees are non refundable, buyer pays for returned shipping.

Although I work hard to properly package orders, sometimes in shipping
items may break. If this is the case when your order arrives, contact
me asap and explain to me what is damaged. Please do not leave me
negative feedback as a way to tell me your order arrived broken. I will
do everything I can do ensure you your inconvenience will be resolved.
If your order arrives broken or damaged, you must keep the original box
and packaging and materials according to UPS's damaged claim policy,
for at least 5 business days after a damaged claim has been reported to
UPS by you, the customer. Sometimes a representative will come to your
house to inspect the item. After that UPS will issue you a check for
the amount of the sword and you can keep the damaged item if UPS didn't
take it upon inspection for further evaluation. After contacting me, I
will explain that The buyer is responsible for calling 1-800-PICKUPS to
report a damage claim, to ensure all paperwork will be filled out as
accurately as possible. I properly inspect each sword before
packaging, to ensure my quality guarantee. That way if your sword
arrives damaged, I can guarantee you the damages are a result of the
shipping service and I know for a fact UPS will pay for their rough
handling of packages around the holiday season.
