Shipping time
The item normally leaves our facility within 5
working days after received your payment. Allow 2-4
weeks for delivery to reach your home or office.
Please keep in
mind large item takes longer time to arrive.
Shipping Notification and Your Phone Number:
The shipping company will contact you when they arrive
in your town. You must provide your phone number when
make payment. Otherwise, we may have to request your
contact phone number (make sure it is updated) from
eBay.
You must be at home or your office to accept
delivery.
Otherwise, it may incur shipment delay and/or additional
charges.
Shipping Terms:
The delivery drivers are not insured to bring your
merchandise inside your home. The delivery does not
include unpacking, setup/assemble, removal. If the
merchandise is shipped on pallets, please assist the
delivery man in unloading the merchandise. Otherwise,
the freight company may charge a lift gate fee on your
part which is not included in the shipping and handling
fees you have paid.
Ship to US 48 contiguous states only No shipping to
Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico.
Before You Sign for the Delivery:
Please inspect the packaging for any damage that may
have occurred while in transit and have it signed by the
carrier/driver and Send us a description and digital
photograph of the damaged items/parts. Please know that
we can not assist you in your claim for any damages or
discrepancies after the package has been accepted upon
delivery.

Express through PayPal or Visa and MasterCard through phone. We also accept
Cashier's check.
• You need provide your
telephone number (required by
shipping company) while paying, otherwise shipment will
be delayed.
Your order will be shipped ASAP after receipt of the
payment and your phone number!
• Please send us your contact phone number and your
shipping address when make the payment. The shipping
company needs them. So we can ship your item as soon as
possible.
Exchange
/ Return / Refund
Your complete satisfaction is our first priority.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our
product, simply return it within 3 days of arrival for a
full refund, less all shipping and handling fees. All
returns must be authorized by us first and all items
returned must be in its original packaging and in new
condition. Otherwise, the return will be refused.
FAQs
1. How do you package my merchandise to prevent
shipping damages?
All merchandises are brand new and in factory
original package. They are all thoroughly inspected
prior shipping. Occasionally, some items may be repacked
and reinforced just to be sure they will arrive safely.
2. How do you ship my merchandise and what are the
terms?
We usually ship through FedEx Ground. We are very
satisfied with their service and no problem has occurred
so far. Sometimes we use common carriers for over sized
items.
3. Just in case, what should I do if I find items
damaged on arrival?
Please inspect the packaging and items before you
sign to receive the merchandise. In case you find any
damage in the items,
please have it signed by the
carrier /driver and send us a description and digital
photograph of the damaged items/parts. We will assist
you in the damage claim. Please know that we can not
assist you in your claim for any damages or
discrepancies after the package has been accepted upon
delivery.
4. Do you charge sales taxes?
No, We do not charge sales tax, EXCEPT merchandise
shipped to California addresses must pay 10.25% sales
tax.
