I tried to research this mounting a little so that I would have as much info as possible for you. This ring comes from the Designer Scott Kay "Crown" Series. I went directly to the Scott Kay website and they have this exact ring on the site. It is style # M1127RD10FP. There are 0.59ct twt all natural perfectly matching round diamonds in the mounting. There are two side round accent diamonds that are prong set one on each side of the center stone that measure 3.5mm each. (approximately 15pt each) There are also 10 additional round diamonds pave set down the side of the band. They graduate in size from small to large. There are also two small bezel set diamonds on the profile of the ring, one on each side. Scott Kay states that all diamonds are VS clarity with G color. They are 100% eye clean with no visible inclusions and they are near colorless super white natural stones. **The center diamond has been removed.** The setting is solid 19K yellow gold with a Platinum head and it is stamped 19K 800 PLAT on the inside of the band. It is also stamped with the designer's trademark Scott Kay on the inside of the band. The setting is in very good condition. It is only in need of a quick polish from normal wear surface scratches. It has been well cared for. All prongs are in perfect condition and the diamonds are set tight with no chips or damage done to any stones. The mounting is shown on the website to have "flame" etching engraved on the profile of the band. It is currently a finger size 6.75 but would be easy to size up or down.

The website has this mounting, without the center diamond,  in solid yellow gold (no platinum) to cost between $3210-$7870. I contacted a local jeweler that carries the Scott Kay line to find out what jumps the price up over $4660!?!? And she explained that it is a combination between what your finger size is, what size center stone the ring will carry and if you want it in two tone white and yellow gold 19K. So if your finger size is let's say a 4.5 and you want a 0.75 head in the center in all yellow gold, you will be charged somewhere around the $3210. THIS ring is a finger size 6.75 and has a 1.25ct center head plus it has a platinum head. Wholesale deal!! Absolutely worth the bid.
