Inside the open heart detail, there are three matching sapphire gemstones.
All three gemstones are marquise shape and set with two prongs.
The sapphire are 100% natural and in good condition with no chips or scratches.
There are also two small diamonds set in this ring.
The heart detail measures 7/16" from top to bottom and from side to side.
The setting is solid yellow gold and is stamped 10K on the inside of the heart.
