The pendant has a satin/brushed finish with curved grooves carved on one side for detailing.
There are 6 small round sapphire burnish set flush into the gold.
The natural blue sapphires have a bright color with plenty of sparkle!
The pendant measures 5/8" from side to side and from top to bottom.
It has a hidden bail on the back that is large enough to fit your favorite chain.
This heart pendant does come with a thin 22" yellow gold pendant chain with a spring ring clasp.
The 5.7 gram setting is solid yellow gold and stamped 14K on the clasp.
