Set in the center of this ring is a natural blue sapphire!
It is oval shaped and measures 5 x 3mm.
This sapphire is a dark blue color and is set with four prongs with no chips or scratches.
This gemstone ring has an open heart detail on each side of the sapphire.
Inside each heart is a small round diamond is a set with three prongs.
The setting is solid yellow gold and is stamped 10K on the inside of the ring.
