Acer Aspire 5100 Motherboard IDE LA-3121P 431411BOL02 Just the motherboard and bottom case. Nothing else.          It powers on but shows the error conflict in picture. please refer to the pictures below. I pressed F1 and went ahead to install XP on the laptop and it went fine. After installation I shut down, when i pressed power switch it still gave the error, i pressed F1 and it boots to desktop. If i restart it does not show the error but if i shut down and then power on the alptop, it'll show the error. UI don't know what it means and we don't have the time of knowledge to fix.
