Defective items that have a manufacturer's warranty made be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, after 14 days the buyer must deal directly with the manufacturer regarding warranty issues. Items that are defective right out of the box will qualify for free return shipping. Certain non-defective items such as computers, consumer electronics etc., will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the packaging has been opened. Please contact us for a RMA if you need to return an item.
