This is a copy/replica of a 1875 $10 National Bank Note The face of the note shows a Historical vignette of Franklin and the Lightning at left, and Liberty grasping lightning in her hand left hand, carried aloft by an eagle on the right. The back depicts DeSoto Discovering the Mississippi, 1541.
