This is a copy/replica of a 1882 $10 Second Charter Period "Brown Back".  The front shows a historical vignette of Franklin and the Lightning on the left, and on the right Liberty grasping lightning in her left hand, while being carried aloft by an eagle. The back features green bank charter numbers against and ornate background of brown lathe-work.  Giving them the nickname " Circus Notes". This note in Crisp uncirculated condition would cost $3,500!!
