POLICY

Shipping: We ship to US and International addresses from any of our available carriers.

Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

Limited Warranty: (7, 30, 365) return policy.

 

(7) If upon receipt of the pressure pot it is found to be damaged, defective, or otherwise not working, you have seven (7) days from the confirmed delivery date to return it.

 

(30) If the pressure pot fails to perform under normal working conditions and use within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, return it.

 

(365) If the pressure pot fails to perform under normal working conditions and use after thirty (30) days and up to one year (365 days) from the confirmed delivery date, you can return it. Between 30 and 365 days you will pay for the part (s) cost, shipping cost, and a $25.00 service fee. You will only be charged the actual cost of the replacement part (s) needed to repair the pressure pot, this includes any and all parts of the item ordered, and of course, the shipping cost and $25.00 service fee.

 

If the (365) option is used, the (7) (30) warranty commences from the confirmed delivery date of the repaired item. However, the total (365) warranty is only valid for 365 days from the original confirmed delivery date from the purchase date. This is not intended to renew the (365) warranty if used. It is however intended to provide the purchaser with the peace of mind that we stand behind our products for a full 365 days from the original confirmed delivery date.

 

No handling fee or hidden fees of any kind.

 

With the 365 day protection policy, you can have the assure assurance that if your pressure pot fails, you don’t have to purchase a new one, you can have it repaired for a fraction of the cost.

 

 All returns accepted for repair or exchange only.

 

Refunds will only be issued on orders canceled immediately after purchase, and prior to shipping. No exceptions.

 

Please contact us before returning any item (s) for return instructions and an invoice authorization number.

 

All returns must be post dated no later than the above specified dates (7, 30, 365). Returns not accepted after these time frames. Buyer pays all shipping fees.

 

Seller is not responsible or liable for damage (s), injury, or incidentals, etc., resulting from use, misuse, over pressuring, overheating, tampering, or any other form of misuse.

 

These pressure pots should be used by qualified individuals only, and the user (s) must read and follow the user’s instructions and guidelines at all times.

 

Eview411 warrants to the original purchaser that Eview411’s products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing upon the date of confirmed delivery and continuing for the period of time of time after that date as described above.

 

This limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of product by purchaser. This limited warranty does not cover: (a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unusual physical or other stress, or modification of any part (s) or product; (b) malfunctions resulting from the use of product in conjunction with accessories (air hose, compressor, stove, hotplate, or replacement parts); (c) defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, and service of product.
