Description
Wodyetia bifurcata, commonly refered to as 'Foxtail' palms are an Australian native with a smooth and slightly bottled shaped trunk and large 'foxtail' like fronds. This palm is very hardy and will tolerate light frosts and seasonal dryness once established. Tolerent of hot sun and tropical conditions.
This palm makes a terrific statement either as a single palm, in rows along a garden perimeter, or in groups as a feature plant. Once mature, the palm will set out large round seeds clusters.
Very easy to germinate kept in soil for 2 to 3 months at 30 degrees C. Growing notes provided with every order.
Typically, success rate for germination is 60-70%. Take the hassel and uncertainty of waiting. These seeds have already germinated and showing signs of healthy root growth.
