GENERAL INFO Most of our items ship within 24 hours of payment receipt. If you are requesting 2nd Day or Overnight shipping, payment needs to be received by 12:00 pm EST.
U.S. SHIPPING
We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx and use a calculated shipping system. We charge only what we are charged to ship your items and do not add handling fees. We offer free shipping on hundreds of items.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOT Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
COMBINED SHIPPING
To qualify for our combined shipping discount you need to wait until all your auctions have ended to check out. Once all of the auctions you have won are closed, you can proceed to make your payment. If you check your items won in your Summary Section you should find all your items listed with a combined total. Or if it is more convenient for you, when you are done with your purchases just click on Request Total and you will receive a new invoice with your combined shipping.
We will combine auctions for items ending within one week of the first item's end date but please drop us an email and let us know you are waiting on other auctions to end before paying. That will ensure you don't receive a non-paying bidder alert. To receive the reduced rate you must pay for all items together and they must be shipping from the same location.
PRIVACY Your information is safe with us! All our items are listed as Private Listings which keeps your information private and unavailable for others to see. You can purchase your items and be confident your selections are completely private.
All shipments are discreet! Items are shipped in packaging with no markings or logos of any kind that might suggest what is inside. The return address will be from ENL.
