Local bouquet deliveries are free. Defective or broken product returns: must contact our company immiediatly upon reciept of damage property recieved. We will send you a return postage sticker to use to return item, your account can be credited for refund or we can replace item, as long as there is an issue with the item of no fault of your own if you live outside of the local regions. All locals have their package delivered by an actual delivery person so, you will be able to inspect your pack upon delivery. All other returns subject to buyer paying return shipping if no issue is present.your account will be credited for refund minus return shipping. Local catered events need to be paid in full prior to event. All product rentals are considered to be in your possession and must not de damaged upon pickup. You will be held responsible for the damages to property for up to 40% of product price. College students: Your parents can buy you grocery cards, you can even set up an item list and delivery date specified to fit your needs. This service is also available to any grocery delivery customer within syracuse city lines. Gift cards: You may purchase a gift card for yourself or someone else. You or they can use the gift card in partial or whole. Delivery is still free with gift card purchases. We will send you reciepts to prove your gift card balance for everytime your gift card is used. Other issues, delivery services: You need to order and pay in advance for the delivery services, our items are delivered within 48 hours of placed order. Unless other specifications are made by you or, it is an item that requires more time, those items have that stated in it's individual descriptions. If you are ordering from the extended goods section, those items will be delivered by mail only. Payment : We accept google checkout, paypay, alertpay, credid card, postal money order or cash.
