PLAIN BLACK TASSLENECK TOP MED (12-14) 34-38" (87-96 cms) This lovely black top is made from soft viscoise material, It has mesh inserts on the shoulder straps and features cut-out shoulders and short sleeves. The sleeves and neckline are edged with a wetlook material, which also forms the straps for the tassles.The seperate tassles come together at the front and then tie together at the back of the neck.
