Its patented trio of cooking methods includes conduction to apply heat
directly to food, convection to circulate heat around food, and
infrared radiant heat to penetrate food, cooking from the inside out.
The unit's triple cooking methods allow for barbecuing, roasting, air
frying, broiling, baking, steaming, dehydrating, and grilling, all
without pre-heating or defrosting or the need for ventilation. Start
the oven and watch food sizzle and brown under the clear, lightweight,
highly durable polycarbonate dome. All oil splatters are
self-contained, and the unit's base can be used as a serving tray. The
exceptionally versatile oven offers a lightweight, portable design,

I bought this and was going to use it but never did. So I am passing along the great deal to you.It's new in original packaging unused. I am letting this go for a great deal along with other items, as I am battling cancer and facing foreclosure on my house
