You are looking at a used Samsung SGH-X497 and charger. I used this for a while and kept this as a backup for my blackberry but I don't have the blackberry or AT&T service anymore so I no longer need this phone. Never had any issues with this phone, battery still works fine, does need to be charged about once a day but it has been like that since I got the phone. Everything to my knowledge is in perfect working order, has been since day 1, all I used it for was talking and texting. There are some scratches on the outside from typical daily usage, but nothing horrible. I have wiped everything from the memory so it will be ready, just add your SIM card and it will be ready to use. Good phone if you are looking for something basic.
