OUR RETURN POLICY:

Returns on merchandise have to be brought to our attention immediately upon noticing issues.  Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase.  We are here Monday - Sunday 10AM - 6PM for all your needs.  If it is after hours, please feel free to leave us a message, and write us an e-mail. 

- No returns on candy and floral arrangements unless major defect is in place.  

- All returns must be accompanied by the invoice we sent to you.

- Floral Fantasies by Lois reserves the right to deny any return for any reason we see fit.

- Returns requested without a receipt will only receive store credit for the lowest

 known price at time of communication.  

Lowest known price to be known as of 90 days.

GENERATED INFORMATION AS IN CREDIT CARDS AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES:  We will not sell or utilize a 3rd party at all for any information sharing.  Your information is stored on our server.  We do not keep credit cards on file for any individual's viewing.  Client information may include the Credit Card Information, but that is strictly between Floral Fantasies by Lois and our customers.  Shipping addresses are only utilized for mailing any product to your house.  We will not create any third party mailers to send you.  We may send you a flyer/newsletter, or any other form of advertising to you, but it's from us, created and generated by us.

COOKIES?  There's no use of cookies from us directly.  Vendio.com may have cookies they utilize, but Floral Fantasies by Lois does not.  

GOOGLE DART COOKIE:  Google Dart Cookies are usually enabled to help your internet surfing needs.  It's a harmless cookie that only helps you surf the internet better.  We are not sure if that's being enabled, but we are searchable on google.com.
