Magician counts out five cards and shows the fan of cards to the spectator. Spectator is asked to secretly concentrate on any one of the five cards (free choice). Magician then removes one of the cards, shuffles the packet, and fans open the remaining four cards again. It's the spectator's chosen card that's gone!
