Child's Ornate Brass Bangle Bracelet Safety Chain These very rare and unique pieces of jewelry belong to my friend's grandmother who came to the United States from Germany in the late 1800's. My friend wore them when she was a baby and her two grown up daughters also wore these pieces. These bangles / bracelets show a lot of fine workmanship by unknown master craftsman and were handmade c 1880's.  Each bangle is decorated with three ornaments, a safety chain and a clasp that works perfectly well. SIZE: Approximately  20 cm. including the clasp and safety chain when open, 15.5 cm. when the bangle is closed Condition : Very good antique, with some age patina.
