Im selling first converter from Sinusoid to TTL or EIA-422 signal for Heidenhain scales to low cost DROs!!

It changes signals from sinusoid to TTL or EIA-422 on your Heidenhain scales with 9 pin connector (one thicker contact in the middle - see picture).

After that you can use your Heidenhain scales on every low cost DRO (digital readouts) that is selling here on ebay (eg Sino, Sinpo, Easson,..).

Save you a lot of money if your Heidenhain DRO is faulty!! Also you can keep your scales on your maschine and just install new DRO.

This is ONLY adapter in the world that can do that for scales with thicker conector in the middle!!!

Please understand that this is converter ONLY, without connectors!! Heidenhain connectors are available here.

If you need EXE converter at the same time, you just tell me what type of scales do you have and the type (1 micron or 5 micron) of your digital readout!
If you do not know the type, just tell me how numbers in your heidenhain DRO are counted (eg. your DRO counts 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20 or 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05).

It works on all types of DRO (1,2,3 axes). But you need one converter for each axe to convert.

e.g. You have 3 Heidenhain scales (with thicker connector in the middle) and non working Heidenhain DRO
     - cheapest 3 axes Heidenhain dro is over 800€, but you can save money with this adapters
     - for three axes you purchase three converters and buy one low cost DRO

Before buying please contact me!! You need to tell me type of your scales so I can make a converter for you. If you buy without contacting me first I will send you regular most common converter - will not work with all scales!!
