Policies

I've been doing this a long time, and almost exclusively on-line. I've learned a few things, to protect myself, and my customers. Please, educate yourself on how I operate.

1. INSURANCE: Most anything you purchase from Freaky Styley is a "Collectible" (or Collectable, whichever you prefer). Therefore, it's important to understand that, as far as the Mail Carriers are concerned, it's only worth what you paid for it. With that in mind, you should ALWAYS opt for insurance, it covers both loss, and damage, and it protects you from losing both your item, and your money. I simply will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment if you did not pay for insurance.

2. RETURNS: We both want to be happy with your transaction, your satisfaction is important to me, because I want you to come back, and I want you to tell your friends and family good things, not rotten evil things. My return policy may vary based on the product, so be sure to read the return policy detail of any item you wish to purchase. Any item returned MUST A. Be the exact same item I sent you (yes, I've had people send me back their beat-up cruddy item instead of the one I originally sent them). B. Be in the exact same condition it was when I sent it to you (especially if you didn't insure it), don't listen to it, read it, watch it, wear it, drop it, run over it, let your three year old swallow it and retrieve it, etc. and try to send it back. C. All returns must be insured for the purchase value with the carrier of your choosing, do not send an item back to me without insuring it.
