used handpainted ceramic bowl marked "made in occupied japan" and also marked "motijama" i do not know the year it was made or how old it actually is. it does show some use. it measured approx 14 " across and approx 2 1/2 deep. there are no chips, nicks or cracks. it is kinda on the heavy side - maybe about 2lbs. its truly a beautiful bowl with nice hand painted flowers and a light blue around the top rim. would make a lovely center piece on table or to hold your fruits or vegetables. if you have any questions or would like more photos please contact me.
