I believe this is from the 1930's-40's. This is a beautiful piece that measures 5" by 5". It has a crackling glaze, with gold trim and white background. It is clearly marked on the bottom with the Lancaster Sandland mark. There is also what appears to look like a mark of letter "P" in gold. I have also seen this listed as "Empireware" Crinoline Lady. There is a very small chip on the bottom that is hardly visable. This is a used piece, but does not seem to have been used alot as it looks in mint condition.
