Since I do not have a charger or battery for the phone, I can not tell whether it is working or not.

This is why it is being sold AS IS for PARTS.

Cosmetically it shows normal signs of wear. I  would rate this item 4 out of 5. 

The power button fell off, but button sensor still work fine.
