The Gem Dance Folio for 1928 - Neat old music book...containing Broadway's musical song and dance hits arranged as fox trots and waltzs.

The condition is good/very good, the front and back covers are in tact but have become detached from the binding.  There is some age discoloration, but not from moisture...just old old paper.  

I am not a collector, so I am not really sure what collector-type information should be posted.  So...please ask questions prior to bidding.
