The condition is good/very good, the front and back covers are in tact and still attached.  There is some age discoloration, but not from moisture...just old old paper.  There is also a stamp on the front cover from some music store in Pasadena, the stamp is faded and hard to read.

I am not a collector, so I am not really sure what collector-type information should be posted.  So...please ask questions prior to bidding.
