You are bidding on an antique hand painted oil lamp.  It's approximate age is unknown but we believe it to be from the late 1800's to the early 1900's. The base of the lamp is approximately 5 1/4" and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.  In total height, the lamp is approximately 13 1/2" tall. The milk glass shade looks to be newer and is in mint condition.  I don't believe the milk glass and the glass insert were apart of the original lamp but they are nicely coordinated that brings the life back into it.
