The original of this Raptor Claw was found in the Hell Creek Formation, Harding County, South Dakota USA. This MUSEUM QUALITY RAPTOR CLAW stands a little more then 4" tall. The claw is hand painted and is made from plaster of paris, with a very nice detailed finish. Also comes with a data card to tell its story.
This claw is a museum quality replica. Unlike the plastic or resin ones, these are made from plaster of paris so they look and feel as real as it gets.
These handmade stands are made from SOLID OAK and varnished to a glossy shine. Each stand has a back bar to hold the claw up at an angle to show it off at its best. Each stand is 3 1/2" deep and 4" wide and comes with a name plate, (gold engraving plate) with ENGRAVED LETTERS "RAPTOR". This stand also comes with felt corners on the bottom to protect surface tops. When installing the support bar, point the top curve to the rear (see picture). Thanks for looking.
