We simply reset the switch to original factory settings & setup a mock network page on the meraki website.. I was able to claim & then unclaim the appliance. So it should be ready for user specific configuration. Please check online for more detailed Info & Specs. You will need to register your own account to use it. We do not have any software or additional accessories. Comes with a standard power cable
