The Warranty end dates on both boxes are the same July 2011. However, Just about all ink cartridges will work after their expiration dates as the ink and print heads are still in new condition.

One box has a small dent in the top which you can see in the photos and some of the edges on both boxes are beginning to look a little worn, but other than that they are in pretty good shape. Obviously, these are minor blemishes and will in no way affect the products functionality.
