ALPS MD-5000 Dye Thermal Sublimation Printer for Parts/ Repair

Also called the Alps md5000. These are great printers! It uses Ribbons, so no messy ink cartridges to go dry.
However, this unit seems to need repair. The front door has one hinge broken, but it has both sides & can be glued back.  It powers on (see pics), but the carriage seems to be stuck. it tries to load the ribbons, but then errors.

This unit includes:

• ALPS MD-5000 Printer
  
• AC Power cord, & USB printer cable.
• Four Alps cartridges are installed in the printer (partially used & not guaranteed)

I printed a great test print (see pic). The test print is not complete since we only have two color cartridges. You will need to purchase the rest of the color cartridges in order to print a full color print.  It I do not have the Manual or drivers CD, but I'm sure you can download them for free.
