This is in good, working condition, and is guaranteed!

Unit is in good condition & perfect working order. There are no scratches, scuffs or cracks on the surface glass. However, the exterior of the unit does show some normal wear in the form of faint swirl and very light scratch marks, but overall, the scanner looks great.

I do not have the slide adapters.
No drivers are supplied, but you can downloaded the driver free from online
