The product comes directly from the supplier. Sometimes the article is not available (Backorder or sold-out) but I try to keep an eye. Unfortunately, this is a situation that is beyond my control. In this case, I refund your money immediately and I get back to you when the item is available again.

We do require that you provide your physical address - no PO boxes. Purolator cannot ship to a Box number.

Payment

I order your item from my supplier on receipt of payment. Please make the payment within 5 days. If you have any problem on payment, please inform us.

Shipping & handling

Flat $5 charge for orders each order! Exception: the items in the section AVON.

The shipping costs for the Avon section are different because they are sent directly to my house.

If you live in an area that requires Air Stage the following charges apply : Minimum charge of $17.95 or 10% of the order for orders over $400. (In general, postal codes that have two Zeros it them.)

Delivery

Most orders are shipped with Purolator but certain items are mailed with Canada Post. The estimated time to receive your parcel is approximately 15 days.
