All sales shipped/delivered/picked up to/from Connecticut Residents will be charged 6.35% Sales Tax. We ship all orders on a "date needed" basis, rather than "date purchased'. We ship our products with care using either packing peanuts, bubble wrap/mailers or both to ensure that they are secure during shipping.  WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!  Please understand that once your gift(s) are shipped, they are in the hands of the chosen shipping company.   For your protection, if you would like insurance, please contact us before you pay for your purchase and we will add it to your invoice for an additional fee of $1.75, per $50.00 insured.  We will combine shipping-however if you choose NOT to wait for our invoice, the shipping preferences set up in the listing will apply. We do accept returns, however the following policies apply: Item must be returned within 7 business days of delivery date. Refund will be: Money Back MINUS 15% Restocking Fee & Shipping Fees Terms & Conditions: The product must be returned in original packaging-unopened with insurance and delivery confirmation. We do not refund shipping fees paid to ship to you nor do we refund return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 busines days of receiving returned product, upon confirmation of no damages. If the product packaging has evidence of being opened, we will refund the purchase price minus 30% restocking unuasble products fee and any shipping fees paid by gifts by jayde to ship it in the first place.
