QUALITY RECYCLED TIMBER BIRD FEEDERS

These Swiss Chalet style bird feeders are all hand crafted by a qualified carpenter using reclaimed timbers from building sites.  They are suitable for all bird types....from large King Parrots to tiny finches....as you can see by the photo above....this is my garden and the King Parrots & rosellas feed from it daily.    You can create a wild-life friendly habitat in your garden by adding birdseed to one of our stylish bird feeders. You will enjoy many years of viewing magnificent Australian birds up close and in the wild.

Each bird feeder is slightly different, the sizes vary by a couple of cm, due to the nature of a hand crafted, recycled piece of timber work. The carpenter works with the matrerials he has reclaimed, so to not waste timber he utilises every piece. No toxic varnish or oils have been used, they can be harmful to wildlife. This is raw timber that has been sanded to give a smooth finish. You can paint it yourself to suit your garden or leave it as it is to blend in with your natural environment. I really think the birds are more at home and relaxed in a natural timber feeder. EACH FEEDER COMES READY TO HANG IN A TREE OR IT CAN BE NAILED OR SIMPLY PLACED ON A STUMP IN THE GARDEN.
